For more than 7 years I’ve been helping women living with some of the uncomfortable symptoms of menopause to feel better without them using expensive medications, following restrictive and rigid diets or buying weird ingredients.
I lived with many of the symptoms I’ve described above … I was eating the same, moving the same, but suddenly I was experiencing low energy, poor sleep, mood swings and my clothes really started pushing at the seams!! I actually put on 20kg’s and felt terrible in my own body and about myself.
Then I tried crazy exercise routines, expensive medications, a strict sleep schedule, restrictive dieting and so many other things ... and none of them really helped.
After not feeling like ‘myself’ for a long period, I started to apply what I'd learned through my studies and managed to reduce most of my symptoms by simply changing what I was eating, and reframing my thinking.
I dissected volumes of information and found what actually worked best was learning to to eat and drink for optimal health and nutrition.
My energy returned, I could sleep again, and I started to enjoy life again - I finally felt like Me!
