For more than 7 years I’ve been helping women living with some of the uncomfortable symptoms of menopause to feel better without them using expensive medications, following restrictive and rigid diets or buying weird ingredients.

I lived with many of the symptoms I’ve described. I was eating the same, moving the same, but suddenly I had low energy, poor sleep, mood swings and my clothes really started pushing at the seams!!  I put on 20kg’s, felt terrible in my body and about myself.

I tried crazy exercise routines, expensive medications, a strict sleep schedule, restrictive dieting and so many other things only to find that none of them really helped.

So I started to study, and apply what I learned. I managed to reduce most of my symptoms by simply changing what I was eating, and reframing my thinking. 

I waded through volumes of information and found what worked best was learning to eat and drink for optimal health and nutrition.

My energy returned, I could sleep again, and I started to enjoy life again - I finally felt like Me!
