My motivation is driven to educate women about healthy living, providing them with the tools to learn how to overcome their health and wellness. 

As a Wellness Mentor, I started to realise leading a sustainable lifestyle requires a more holistic approach.

Looking at the broader picture, I can teach you to see how keeping physical, emotional health and wellbeing in check can be used to your advantage.

Many women come to me because they’ve been experiencing brain fog, restless sleep, noticed their weight creeping up, or they’re just not feeling like themselves.

People often don’t realise these symptoms can be sign of a nutritional deficiency.

Suddenly the things you’ve been eating or doing in the past to take care of yourself just don’t cut it anymore.  

It is amazing how a few minor tweaks to diet can have huge results for optimal body function and reduce any symptoms

It allows your body to function as it was designed to, and often symptoms reduce quite quickly as your body repays you for taking good care of it and allowing it to do its job. After all you can’t put a poor quality fuel in a high performance race car and expect it to perform optimally can you?

When your body isn’t getting the nutrition it needs, it can play havoc with your hormones and you’ll experience symptoms you may not have had before. 

There is a lot of good educational information about diet, and exercise around, but it can be confusing and overwhelming to wade through it and work out exactly what will work for you at your stage of life, and who needs more overwhelm in their life!

So instead of following strict restrictive diets, giving up all your favourite foods, and taking expensive medications to feel better, I teach my clients how to plan and create nutritious meals that help support the body to function optimally.
